Oldtimeyville

I have been sent out to Naper Settlement for a variety of events. Some have been really execellent for taking photos (the pow wow) and some have been not so great (oktoberfest). The pow wow was neat in that there were a number of people dressed in "traditional" Native American gear. I was tempted to stay and get more formal portraits of some of them, but this was my first assignment of the day.

The other neat thing about Naper Settlement is there is just a slew of volunteers walking around in period clothing. I happened to catch a snap of this woman standing in the cottage.
